A three-month program designed to remove the transportation barrier for veterans receiving services through various partnering agencies. Participants receive transportation assistance to allow access to medical appointment, job search/retention activities as well as other daily living needs. This program is funded by a Pennsylvania Global Diversified Infrastructure Fund grant, a federal Veteran Trust Fund grant and a host of other private funding sources.
